Dhoklas

Dhokla is one of the most loved Gujarati snacks across the country. It is made using besan, sugar, mustard seeds, baking soda and curry leaves. It is garnished with green chili, coconut powder and a handful of coriander leaves.

Undhiyu

The name of this dish comes from the Gujarati word “undhu”, which translates to upside down, since the dish is traditionally cooked upside down underground in earthen pots.Made with a winter veggies like brinjals, surti papdi, potatoes, coconut, methi,this dish is traditionally served in earthen pots.

Khandvi

One of the much-loved Gujarati snacks, khandvi is also known as Patuliand made with gram flour.It consists of yellowish, tightly rolled bite-sized piece. It is garnished with coconut, mustard seeds, and curry leaves.

Handvo

A savory tea-cake that is crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. A healthy mix of bottle gourd (lauki) along with an aromatic mix of buttermilk, flour, coriander, lentils,and rice. It is served with chutney.

Doodhpaak

It is a Gujarati dessert. It is a type of rice pudding. Rice, Milk, Saffron, and Nuts are the main ingredients. It is garnished with almonds. It is nutritious as it is made of milk and rice. The cardamom and saffron give a real taste and flavor to the dish
