Recipe of Dry Fruit Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup mixed dried fruits
- 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 4 drops orange essence
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
HOW TO MAKE FRUITCAKE:
To prepare this delicious recipe, grease a baking tin with melted butter then dust it with refined flour. Mix the all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together in a bowl. Then, break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat them together until the mix is creamy. Fold the flour mixture with the eggs and sugar, add some water if required. Add the mixed dried fruits, cinnamon powder, and orange essence. Now, bake it for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius till the cake is done. Let the cake cool down a bit. Then cut into pieces and serve!
